so first of all, the place was great. it is on a low floor though, so no views (except for the internal pool). There were 2 major issues. both have been mentioned before in other reviews, but don't seem to be have addressed.check in/getting the keysThey are located near the garbage bins (so smelly) inside another building's car park. It was like going on a scavenger hunt. (which isn't fun after a long drive). The other renters we saw hunting for the keys for a different unit shared our views on this. You also don't get notified of the location until 2pm that day. (super tiny writing, lots of turn left then right, etc etc, and photos supplied didn't work in the app I was using). Please change the checkin process going forward, it really makes the whole experience just start off on the wrong foot. The parking. The building itself has 3 different car garages. Each has a different access key, which you also need to exit the building. We mistakenly went into the wrong one, and got locked in.. so beware of that.Also.. the remote control just didn't work. The batteries appear to have not been replaced yet either (from a previous review).. so we either had to find the FOB to enter, or rely on neighbours to open up the gate. not fun.Fix these 2 things, and you'd get a 5/5 from me.
