Birds Hill is a delightful property in Seaton Valley, which is close to the seaside town of Mapua , The near new home sits on 2 acres and blends perfectly with the native wetlands and forest, offering total peace and privacy.
A warm, sunny and contemporary home, ideal for a family or friends here to enjoy the Tasman region. The open plan kitchen, dining and living leads to the outdoor entertainment area and large garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you are likely to need
There are 3 generous bedrooms, the master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom and doors onto the deck. The second and third bedroom has a queen bed and share a family bathroom with shower and bath.
You will love the house but the highlight has to be the outside entertainment area and garden. The large deck covers the entire front of the house and over looks the large lawn. The deck captures all day sun but is quite magical in the afternoons and evenings. There is ample space space for the kids to kick a football while you relax and watch the sun go down.
Mapua is only a short distance away, with the Great Taste trail at the gate it is safe to walk or bike. Approximately 6 minutes by bike or just a 2 minute drive. Mapua has a wonderful selection of cafes, restaurants and shops.
