Espace bien adaptés pour un groupe d'amis sans besoin de confort superflux. Situation idéale pour decouvrir la région de la Baie de Somme. Propriétaire à l'écoute et très serviable. Endroit très calme. La disposition des chambres au 1er étage n'est pas correcte sur l'annonce (1pièce de 2 lits et une de 6 lits) et la robinetterie pourrait être refixée. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

Logement au centre de beaucoup de sites touristiques. De beaux volumes mais il faudrai prevoir un bon rafraîchissement tant intérieur qu à l extérieur. Ménage très leger à l arrivée... equipements cuisine vieillisants...loué pour le week end pres de 800 euros... je m attendais a bien mieuxmieux...

Super gîte pour un moment en famille

Nous avons passez une semaine très agréable. Le logement est fonctionnel , très bien situé. La vue est très agréable! Les enfants se sont régalés avec les jeux extérieurs. Le propriétaire est très gentil.

Huisje met leuk uitzicht en dichtbij het strand

Leuk huisje met mooi uitzicht. De speelgelegenheid voor het huisje maakt het fijn voor kinderen. Op 20 minuten van het strand en leuke activiteiten in de buurt. Wij vonden het huisje alleen niet echt schoon. Hebben zelf nog het eea gepoetst voordat we onze spullen uit zijn gaan pakken. En het lakenpakket die we hadden bijbesteld paste niet om de lakens en kussens

Séjour dans 1er logement

Séjour agréable malgré le besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement ( portes intérieures ferment mal, électroménager vieillot), le ménage laisse à désirer (nous avons retrouvé une couche lavable sous un lit remise au propriétaire) Petit désagrément avec les moustiques car un étang à proximité Sinon région très sympa, beaucoup de choses à visiter et balade à faire.

la mer tout près sans le bruit

Idéal pour famille avec enfants, grand terrain de jeux, très calme, pas trop loin de la mer, un petit nettoyage un peu plus approfondi serait bien mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonnes vacances.

Gîte en fin de vie et mal entretenu.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé si on ne parle pas du gîte qui n’est plus apte à la location tant en termes de structure qu’en entretien. Un minimum de contrôles de la part d’Abritel nous semble nécessaire afin d’éviter de tomber dans ce genre de logement qui demande un énorme travail de rénovation si c’est encore possible, ce dont nous doutons.

Un lieu au calme

Grand gîte bien aménagé pour 14 personnes pour un séjour idéal entre amis. L'environnement est calme et reposant. Toutes les activités touristiques sont accessibles en à peine 20 minutes en voiture (plages de Berck et de Fort mahon, marchés, citadelle...). Le propriétaire est très sympathique et réactif si nous avons des questions. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance.
