Nice place and great locaion within walking distance of Old Town and the trail on the canal. No soap or shampoo for the shower is supplied so you must bring your own or use the dishsoap like the guests before us must have since the dispenser was in the shower. Toilet runs in the bathroom but all in all its a good place in a quiet neighborhood. Some houses in the area sell or give away their excess oranges and lemons from their trees which was nice. Old Town Tortilla Factory and a cafe are less than a 3 minute walk down the road.

Spring Training

My son and I attended some spring training baseball games. Looking for a place in oldtown Scottsdale and this place fit the bill. Great location, easy access, clean and simple. Will try and book again next year.

Good location, safe neighborhood- minor maintenance needed

Great location for walking, safe neighborhood we felt great walking around with our two kids (5 and 1). There is a lovely coffee shop across the street with great food, lots of close restaurants, and short drive to many fun hikes. Host was responsive and helpful when we had trouble accessing website with check-in info and needed more toiletries.We were here in February and pool was not heated so unusable in the winter (we had very sad kiddos every day). The unit is also located in the hallway so there is no view but a cement wall and is very little natural light getting into the unit. The living room carpet was also very dirty and I see a review from a year ago had the same comment. Kids little feet were constantly black from the dirty carpet. I did flag this to the owner with a picture of where we spot cleaned (white vs grey). The rest of the apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, including spices and Tupperware, which is rare for short term rentals and very appreciated! We enjoyed our stay overall.

Location is a winner

Older property with great access to Old Town Scottsdale. Needs a bit of maintenance as the exterior doors didn’t latch on their own and only the deadbolt provided security. Time to replace the hairdryer and some pillows.Everything else worked as expected. Place was clean and provided us easy access to the places we wanted to visit. I would rent it again.

Spring Training Trip

Clean remodeled 2 Bdrm Apt great location to Old Downtown Scottsdale. The place was clean with the exception of the living room rug and throw pillows. They need to be cleaned or replaced. The furniture is perfect for the retro theme but not very comfy. We are seniors and wanted to cuddle up and watch some tv but the coach is for short sits not long lounging. Guess that's a person thing. Might not be a thing to anyone else.
