There are 3 spacious bedrooms, the main located on the middle level and features a King size bed, an ensuite and built in wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is also on the middle level with the main bathroom and 3rd bedroom is located on the upper level. There are 2 comfortable and spacious living areas in the property both on the ground floor. There is a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The property is air conditioned with an internal private laundry with washing machine and dryer. Pets are considered on enquiry. Please note if approved pets are not allowed on the furniture and you will be responsible for any damage, or additional cleaning caused by the pet if required. Honeysuckle Townhouses are available for short and long terms stays and are perfect while you are relocating house, visiting Newcastle for business and of course for holiday accommodation for the whole family.

Easy checkin-in. Nice location on the river. Property itself is lacking. Only surface clean. Kitchen drawers, door handles and cupboards were dirty. I needed to wash glasses, cups, plates and cutlery before using them. There was dirt and bugs on windowsill into floor bedroom. Weeds all through garden and pavers and cigarette butts in back courtyard. Leaking taps. Monitoring board despite there being 2 irons.

The unit is in good condition and photos are accurate. We enjoyed our stay, checkin was easy and the unit was clean. Reasonable value for money in a good location. Spilling out onto the riverside for a morning run was great.The beds were comfy, bathrooms are good and the kitchen appliances, washing machine and aircons worked well. The main does not have an aircon unit. It does use a ducted system has a preferred setting that requires use of a fan.We were a group of five - 3 adults and two kids aged 12 and 13. We did not spend much time in the unit as we were in town for a cricket carnival. Drawbacks are: 1 There is no dedicated parking for the unit but there is parking a short 1 to 2 minute walk away one road up. This meant that offloading our kit took some time. There is access via a garage but this is used for storage.2. The living room is a little small and only really suitable for a group of 4 people. The couch has a deep angle to its seating which may not be to everyone’s liking.3. There was limited crockery with only 4 of most items available.
Excellent location. The place was very functional in a university share house kind of way. A rag tag collection of minimal second hand furniture and kitchenware made the place useful but not really warm and inviting. Overall it was fine.
