The main room features a desk, office chair and stationery. The full kitchen includes dishwasher, wine glasses, fridge + freezer, NESPRESSO, kettle and all essentials. The bedroom/living room area has a QUEEN BED and a Smart TV + CLOSET with hangers. The luxurious blue velvet memory foam couch folds to a comfortable DOUBLE BED. It faces the TV, so you can use it as a living room space or fold it down for comfortable viewing.
The unit has a complete bath/shower combo, large vanity with mirror and blow-dryer. We provide: a hair straightening iron, high-end AVEDA shampoo, conditioner and body wash and CRATE&BAREL hand soap + body lotion. Ask us about laundry options so that you can wash essentials during your stay.

Yorkville truly is Toronto’s premier neighborhood. It has the best shopping, restaurants, museums, its central and historical. The neighborhood feels both safe and vibrant. Yorkville is generally acclaimed as Canada’s pre-eminent shopping district. Its many specialty stores, fashion boutiques, jewelry stores, antique shops, and art galleries are a destination point for tourists, as well as Torontonians from all over the city. Yorkville’s shops and restaurants are located in pretty Victorian houses on Yorkville Avenue (where we are), Hazelton Avenue, Cumberland Street and Scollard Street. The Hazelton Lanes shopping centre located next door at 55 Avenue Road features over 100 exclusive shops and restaurants.
