Perched on a sunny corner of Shoreline Drive, this large family home offers a front row seat to both Shoreline Park and Shoreline Beach. In just minutes you can be picnicing on the grass at Shoreline Park throwing a frisbee or watching a sunset]. For those who'd prefer to get right in the ocean, Shoreline Beach is a just moments walk down a sweet little ramp of wildflowers. After a day in the water, enjoy a relaxed and tasty dinner and cold beverage at local favorite Corner Tap, or enjoy fish and chips and a margarita right on the beach at the well-loved Shoreline Beach Cafe. With the ease of a CVS, multiple grocery stores, coffee shops or sandwich and smoothie spots, this Paradise Retreats Mesa gem has everything a family could need.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this large property provides plenty of space to spread out and soak up the joys of residing nearly right on the water. Elegant touches like hardwood floors and granite countertops keeps this home elevated yet welcoming. A private porch is the perfect enclave to enjoy a tranquil glass of wine as the sun starts to go down, or to watch the sunrise over your morning coffee. One need not even step outside to enjoy the expansive bright blue ocean views that sweep through the large living room windows.

8 Days of Beautiful Weather and a Great House

We enjoyed the chance to walk, reexplore Santa Barbara from the perfect house view.The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable and afforded plenty of space for the 5 of us to be together and to retreat for personal space.

Check in was easy and no problem. Although we did not cook much,kitchen met our needs. House is perfect for 3 couples. But need an Iron and extra Toilet paper,for paper rooms.
