Excellent stay except for little glitch. We arrived a little early and wanted to leave our suitcase with the bellhop. The woman at the front desk said proceeded to tell us where to go. The man at the front desk interrupted her and loudly stated we couldn't use the amenities at the hotel because we were staying in a separate part. Made us feel like 3rd class citizens! Was very embarrassing in front of the people checking in behind us! Everything else was good! Location of the room was great! Communication was great!! I would recommend!

We genuinely enjoyed our stay here. The location was awesome, everything we wanted to do was less than 30 mins away in either direction (shopping, eating, etc.). It was a very peaceful stay. If given another opportunity we would definitely return.

LOVED the location!! LOVED the view!! Overall, an awesome stay. So glad this unit was available. We WILL be back and will book this unit again! The bed was among the most comfortable we have used while travelling. LOVED having the kitchen (maybe add some lighting to make it brighter?). We made most meals in and there was enough kitchenware to make what we needed. There were a few maintenance items that the company quickly set up maintenance tickets, and the tech was very nice. Some of the items were resolved immediately, and some will require a bit longer to resolve. There were only four of each item in the kitchen (large and medium plates, glasses, coffee mugs, large bowls, silverware, etc.), so we had to wash dishes every day. There were not enough towels and linens for our stay without taking them to a laundromat. The provided linens were clean and smell fresh! The carpet is clean and well maintained. It is very soft to walk on with bare feet, but difficult to roll a suitcase across. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding!! The water temperature was great. The shower stall is small, but workable because the water pressure is so good. Loved having the large counter in the bathroom. We only used the tub for dirty linens. Thanks for having a clean, safe, and comfortable unit available!!

Property was very nice and accommodating. Everything was great except for every time we went out onto the balcony, someone close by was constantly smoking marijuana. We thought that this was a non smoking facility and from what I understand, marijuana is illegal in South Carolina.

The pictures did the room no justice, stunning view , very clean . Plenty to do on the property. The only thing was the shower did not get hot the water was lukewarm and some amenities aren’t included like shuttle to the private beach or the amenities with the private beach other than that I would book again

Everything was exactly as pictured. The bed is super comfortable, wonderful patio view of the river and all the boats. I had a great time in and outside of the condo. Another great perk was the outside pool with a bar and lunch items that you can order and enjoy poolside. Perfection!
