A spacious room in a large, comfortable house in a leafy area of McDowall, shared with my husband and me. The house features a nice garden, a shared bathroom, and flexible sleeping arrangements in the guest room. Conveniently located close to Chermside Hills, Raven Street Reserve, bike paths, bushwalking tracks, lookouts, Prince Charles Hospital, North West Private Hospital, and Chermside shopping centers. Public transport is available to Chermside shopping center, QUT Kelvin Grove, and the city. It's only a 15-20 minute drive to the airport or city.
