Welcome to our newly renovated stylish 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin in the heart of Bala Muskoka! Brand new cedar barrel sauna installed January 2025! Nestled on 1.5 acres with a beautiful pond and located across the street from the boat launch and Lake Muskoka, this mid-century modern cottage is perfect for unforgettable memories. Cozy up in the serene setting of our property or enjoy being close to all your favourite amenities and activities in Bala.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms equipped with three queen beds, a cozy diner booth, and a brand new 55 inch "The Frame" Art TV. This unique TV allows you to log into your Netflix, Prime, YouTube, and Crave accounts, and also displays famous art collections to set the perfect mood. The cottage boasts all brand new appliances, air conditioning, and a fireplace to ensure a cozy stay during the fall and winter months.

Our 1.5 acres of property is just a 30-second walk from the boat launch, where you can easily launch your own vessels or take a refreshing dip in Lake Muskoka. Explore the trails in our backyard that lead to a serene pond overlooking the train tracks, perfect for watching sunsets. Relax in our hammock or gather around the large fire pit for memorable bonfire nights.

Located within walking distance to downtown Bala, you’ll have quick access to all the local shops, amenities, and activities. We are also close to The Kee To Bala concert venue, making it easy to enjoy live music and entertainment during your stay. For guest safety, the property is equipped with outdoor cameras at the front and rear entrances.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please bring all garbage to the garage. The key is in the top drawer beside the fridge on an orange key chain.
Please tidy up chairs and any mess/ garbage in the outdoor spaces that were used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect stay in Bala

Our stay at the cabin was perfect. The cabin was so well set up that our group could not stop finding new things that made the place exactly what we wanted while in town for a concert at the Kee to Bala. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, meals on the deck and at the nice indoor setup, a bonfire, and the location was ideal for getting around town and to other attractions. Overall could not have been a better stay.
