Welcome to our Madeira Beach Condo, affectionately known as "The Perky Pelican"!



Enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony overlooking Boca Ciega Bay, and just a short walk across the street brings you to breathtaking sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico beach.



The resort offers a heated swimming pool and a private fishing dock, complete with a grill, where you can watch for manatees or dolphins in the canal. For those looking to explore the waters, there are two boat slips available for boat or jet ski rentals.



This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Skyline of Madeira Resort and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. We've provided everything you need for a perfect beach getaway, including a beach cart, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and even beach toys for the kids. Just pack your swimsuits and sunscreen!

If you’re not renting a car, the Suncoast Trolley system makes it easy to get around, running from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater. For those who prefer their own transportation, there's a local golf cart rental service on Gulf Blvd. And if you're looking to explore further, the Tampa Bay area offers endless possibilities!

Most beautiful & fun condo!

This condo is just gorgeous. It is decorated so beautifully loaded with gorgeous paintings and it’s just presented so beautifully and it’s so comfortable. The beds were comfortable the sofas and everything were comfortable and what a beautiful place I would give this place 10 stars.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The beach was very accessible and wonderful! Love the variety of restaurants. Love all the beach accessories. Washer and dryer were nice. A couple of suggestions--maybe get blinds or another drape to block out the sun in the morning in the living room. Love the sunrise though. The rugs by the bed were slippery. Maybe get rubber backed rugs. Extra toilet paper would be nice. One bathroom only had one roll. Not enough for one week stay. Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful friends.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The home was spotless, neatly maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access the beach—it took just a few minutes to walk there, which made morning strolls and sunset visits effortless. Parking was simple and convenient, which is always a plus. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, cozy place near the water!

Overall the condo was clean and neat. I wish they would have supplied more paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The only other complaint was the “security” door to get into the building was not shut one time for the entire 2 weeks. I would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Stay

Great location and very comfortable place to stay in Madeira Beach. We stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. Waking up every morning to the sun coming up over the bay while sipping coffee on the balcony was great, and seeing manatees and dolphins in the water was a special treat. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals but having Sweet Brewnette cafe' and a Mad Beach Poke Bowls right downstairs was so convnenient. The beach is right across the street and it was great to have a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler to use during our stay. The primary bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King size bed and an en suite full bath. There were only two of us during our stay, but the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is a full second bathroom too. The living area is sunny and bright with comfortable furniture and great water views. And the location can't be beat. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and a quick drive to many great attractions in the Tampa Bay area. We will definitely stay here again.
