I spend 9 days and It was great, The front desk people spoke good english. They are very helpful polite ready to do everything so guess feel at home. Is for sure if I have to go again to Istambul I will stay with them..It delt like a family. I wish them all the best for the future as they deserve it. If I may say hôtel is not 5 stars but if you want a quite place close to every shop groceries store, mall , pharmacie etc. That is The place. I did wanted to get some bread, and the local place did not take my visa card so I went back to the hotel and mention to the front desk, to my surprise he said to me let’s go back and he did pay for me, and did not wanted me to pay him back. Small things like that means a lot.
