Great location in Frankfurt, we had a minor issue with the stove in our hotel room but it was fixed the next day and we were upgraded. Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly.

Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen is enough for cooking. But there is no reception it was big problem for me. My android phone did not work with mobile access app. The office number did not answer. We can enter with my wife's iPhone if I was alone i could not enter my room. AC did not work so I messaged Whatsapp help number but no return. Rooms clean and big, location perfect but if you need help you are alone

Great little apartment in a perfect location. Very central and close to lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping. Train station is just a 2 minute walk. Checking in was a bit annoying…the check in office is a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Great apartment, without a lot of fuss or glamour. Location is excellent, near U stations and shops and restaurants. There was a glitch with the registration procedure, but they took care of it quickly.

Superb location near cafes, shops, a train station, the galleria complex, historical Rosenberg. Quiet locale. Nice patio. The bed & linens were very cozy, but I did get overheated at night due to them being heavier weight. Small, but nicely appointed bath & kitchenette. Highly recommend the picnik cafe around the corner.

The Doorman had a very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, air con and lovely balcony. Despite being in the city centre it was very quiet at night. The only issue, I was never sent access instructions and had to phone up! But I would definitely stay again.

Great location! Clean and roomy!

The suite itself was clean and well sized with a small kitchen (that we didn’t use). It was really well situated for meandering through the Christmas markets and old town. My only complaint was that the WiFi for our room was very unstable; we had to connect to our friends’ who were starting in the room next door.

Clean, modern, and safe. My only complaint is that there is no front desk, so if you are coming into town early you will need to figure out another solution to secure your luggage or carry it around with you until check-in time.

Fairly simple to find. There isn’t always someone at front desk but they were able to answer my call and guide me through the check in process. Spacious room, clean and modern. Can be a bit confusing if you’re in the second building but overall great place.

A unique experience for a hotel, you are basically going to be staying in a condominium with every convenience you could ask for. It is located with restaurants within very short walking distance. The only thing you have to be aware of is that you have to pay careful attention to the emails that you receive as you receive a key from, a remote host dispenser, after hours there is nobody there.
