The place was in a great location. There was a breakfast spot/coffee shop right downstairs, with many other restaurants within walking distance. The area felt peaceful and safe. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Room was clean and comfortable and in a good location near lots of restaurants and cafe's. Travelled with family and made use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with dishes. Area seemed very safe and was good for walking even at night. We arrived early morning and the provided a empty suite to store our suitcases and use as a base until our check in time. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Our first stay in Mexico City. Great area, lots of cafes and bars close by and we felt very safe. Even at night. The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. It was very comfortable and all the space was very welcome after a long day. Ubers typically quick to arrive. The owners were wonderful to work with, very polite and very timely in communicating. I would highly recommend this apartment.

I absolutely loved stay at Condesa Residence. The building staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure/temp was great. The area was also amazing. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are walking distance from the apartment. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.
