This place its a luxury apartment building with great amenities such as gym and rooftop pool. The location is perfect close to everything in recoleta but the best of all was the host, they were so helpful to get us in when we needed and accommodating with our schedule and super kind!!! Highly recommend

The owner was wonderful. She used the translation app on her phone to explain everything to us and then offered to walk us to the port entrance where we caught the free shuttle bus. She had treats for breakfast, and a bottle of wine.There are small convenience stores and some restaurants nearby. The McDonald’s is about a 5 minute walk. We were very happy to have stayed there.

Very good. The only thing I would highly suggest to the owners is to leave a print out or a QR code that leads to information on basic things around the place. Because the front desk is totally foreign to who is checking in or out and what they need. And arriving there , it’s up to the guest to figure out where everything is , amenities , trash location , schedules etc.

The problem is that it is a hotel, this group only owns a few apartments in the apart hotel. In this regard, they are unable to resolve anything personally, leaving the guest abandoned. Furthermore, they are very rude and show no consideration for the guest. My flight was changed by the airline, and I requested payment for an additional night. They took a long time to respond, and long before my last night was over, they kicked me out of the room, changing the access code to my apartment. I have traveled all over the world and have never been treated so badly. I will never return to this establishment. Be careful with this place.
