It was a nice place, very clean. Parking at the hospital accross the street was okay. Would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom but otherwise I have no complaints.

Great property kept well. Great location with easy and cheap parking right across the street. There are also a cafe, a sushi shop and a convenient store right on its ground floor. The check in was a little bumpy as it requires you to finish online registration before sending you codes. The rooms are nice only if the windows can open for fresh air. Laundry was free and neat. Overall great place.

I really liked the keyless entry to the building and room, and that we didn't have to worry about arriving late and having to coordinate checking in with a person. The full kitchen was amazing to have a multi-day stay, and I'm so glad there was an elevator along with the stairs. The room was well-maintained, clean, and we were able to control the room temperature ourselves. Parking is the only thing that is a bit tricky, but we were always able to find a spot. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Quebec!

This place was perfect for two couples. Two bedroom two full bath fourth floor 10 minutes from Quebec city and 10 minutes to Centre Videotron where we went to go see Old Dominion. It was perfect.
