This place was awesome. Great location with a ton of delicious restaurants nearby. A/C was very reliable in the room and the bathroom was more spacious than expected. Overall super happy to have stayed here, would stay again.

Good neighborhood and a decent room. Air conditioning did not work for 2/3 of our nights, and on the third it worked to get our apartment not hot but not cool, then died overnight and it got hot again. Also just be aware this is not a typical hotel, it’s more like an apartment with a few rooms rented. There is no reception but there is a small common area, and a few signs about keeping quiet for the residents.

It is located in a great area of Venice. Many restaurants and sites close by. The room is dated and could use some improvements and cleaning.

Hotel was clean and great location in Venice. The contactless check-in was seamless, and it was helpful to store our bags there.

Enjoyed the location and hotel over all. However, the lack of secure luggage storage negatively affected a full day of our trip.

Self check in is perfect for late arrivals. Close to the Accademia vaporetta station. Pink room needs some power points.

The place was a good looking place but no well maintained. First’s thing’s first: pillows were stained with red marks, no toilet paper, spiderwebs, air conditioner didn’t work. A restaurant was right out of the door.

Very difficult to check in. Once in, the room was very cold and there was no way to increase heat. We emailed the office 4 times and did not get a response until the following day. There were no blankets in the room and only a sheet on the bed. We froze all night.

There is good and bad and unfortunately, the bad is REALLY BAD. First the good: This room is in a great location. It close to the water bus station and some great cafes and reaturants. The bad: The bathroom is small to the point that it's barely unable. The bathroom window wonyl close all the way so mosquitos can come into the room (in Venice, there are A LOT of mosquitoes because of the water). We were getting bit more in our room then when we were expiring Venice. There is fridge in the main hall that everyone shares (there isn't anything in the room). I couldn't get myself to leave my food or alcohol there. There is little to no customer support. There is a WhatsApp number that they message you from but to send automated messages... It took a day for anyone to get back to us. And the icing on the cake. You need to clean up and throw out your grange yourself at a specified location a block away from your hotel before 8:30 am on check out day.

Good location & value

A great location just a few yards from Accademia. The room, on the first floor of a multi -floor residence, is clean and quiet & the facilities adequate. There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes.

The property was nice enough. Like others have said it is a bit outdated but it was clean. The trash outside was never picked up during the entirety of my stay (3 nights) so it did start to pile up. As a solo traveler, I did feel safe. I would probably stay here again if I were in the area. I stayed in the summer and there were lots of mosquitoes but that’s to be expected this time of year
