Property was very clean. Pillows and beds need to be updated. Door to our room would not lock. Spent hours waiting. But on the bright side did not miss tour.. host was very helpful and kind. Would recommend this place

Very difficult to check in. Once in, the room was very cold and there was no way to increase heat. We emailed the office 4 times and did not get a response until the following day. There were no blankets in the room and only a sheet on the bed. We froze all night.

The place was a good looking place but no well maintained. First’s thing’s first: pillows were stained with red marks, no toilet paper, spiderwebs, air conditioner didn’t work. A restaurant was right out of the door.

Good location & value

A great location just a few yards from Accademia. The room, on the first floor of a multi -floor residence, is clean and quiet & the facilities adequate. There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes.

The property was nice enough. Like others have said it is a bit outdated but it was clean. The trash outside was never picked up during the entirety of my stay (3 nights) so it did start to pile up. As a solo traveler, I did feel safe. I would probably stay here again if I were in the area. I stayed in the summer and there were lots of mosquitoes but that’s to be expected this time of year

The apartment was in a great location and easy to find thanks to the helpful document provided to us beforehand. It is a fantastic location for exploring Venice and beyond, with bakeries and restaurants in very close proximity. The beds 🙄were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the courtyard was an added bonus. Unfortunately there were a few things that let the apartment down and tainted our experience. Firstly, there are barely any plugs in the room. There was a set up for tea and coffee, however to be able to use this we had to move the facilities to a different area of the room from where they had been set up, as there were no plugs. Secondly, the floor was unclean and gravelly, meaning we didn’t feel comfortable walking around without socks or anything on our feet. I understand things can’t be perfect, however you could actually see the debris on the floor. Lastly, we were only provided with one toilet roll for our 4 day trip. We requested more via communication with the host, who assured us that this would be left by the cleaner, however this never happened. Overall, the location was really good and having the courtyard was absolutely lovely, but there are certainly areas for improvement. Asking to make sure our cups were clean was fine but not providing any thing to let us do this was unhelpful also some pods for the machine would of been nice otherwise we didn’t see the point of having the coffee machine

Comfortable stay, rooms had high ceilings and felt spacious with lots of natural light. However, during our stay (in August) there was a lot of mosquitos, including those stuck to blood-stained walls, which was somewhat offputting. The fridge in our room did not work, leaving us with only the communal fridge. Most importantly, though the air conditioner was functioning, it was not especially efficient and left us quite hot during the night. Overall, considering the location, this was decent for the price.
