Needs to provide more written information

There was very little information provided at the room. As a result we could not find the clothes washer/drier. No information about Heraklion (and the city tourist information was closed throughout our stay). Luckily another hotel gave us a map. No information about the heating and hot water systems. The lady who serviced the room was very helpful. There was a QR code that might have provided information, but I could not access it - perhaps because the wifi was was rather slow.
