Our two bedroom apartment was very nicely done. It is very modern and you’ll have every thing you need. It is close to lots of shops and restaurants and it was very quiet. We couldn’t figure out the stove but we didn’t really need it and I’m sure we could have gotten in touch with management. We were very impressed with the apartment’s decor and appliances.

Top notch stay

Superb accommodation, the best we’ve encountered during our two month inter-rail trip. Wonderful interior design with an extremely high end finish all over. Comfortable, clean and a great base for exploring the old part of the city

Perfect location

Perfect location and it’s only a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Cooking facilities allows me to buy food from supermarket and cook by myself. Design is cool and chill. Highly recommend.

The room was great. The location was great. We even found parking for free on the street up front. The problems were: 1) complete lack of human interaction 2) incessant messaging, more than all other hotels on this 2 week trip combined. 3) Inability to check-in until 4 PM. 4) spotty internet, making Virtual check-in and virtual keys so unreliable that we didn't feel comfortable leaving the room completely. One of us went out for takeaway for fear that we would get locked out of the room. One person at a check in desk would have solved all of these problems.

A very comfortable property - I enjoyed my stay very much. The kitchen was not really extremely well equipped for any serious cooking (no bowls to toss a salad in, no basics such as salt and pepper), but functional. Good bed. Nice work area. The only complaint I had was here that was absolutely ZERO response from the hosts when I tried to contact them on two separate occasions via the WhatsApp number they supplied (supplied in their lobby, on the room door, in contact info). I would certainly consider staying here again - the location was excellent… near the center of old town without being engulfed by it and feeling completely touristy.

Excellent Stay!!

Fantastic location! Short walk to everything you want to see. Super close by Grocery store and endless cafes and shops. I appreciated the easy access into the building and apartment. The apartment is super clean and modern and has everything you need (except basics salt, sugar, oil etc) surprisingly comfortable bed and perfect amount of space for our family. AC is not adjustable but is set at a very comfortable temperature. We heard zero street noise. Also Loved having the option to store our luggage within the building in secure lockers so we could take advantage of the rest of the day. Each locker was deep and cost 1€ and no time limit. We would stay in these apartments again!!

There was absolutely zero soundproofing in the room, do not choose if you intend to sleep. The air conditioning/heating was also stuck pumping 30 degree heat into the room even when set to cooling and low temp. Terrible, the cleanliness was its only redeeming feature.

Reservei por período longo, uma unidade grande mesmo estando em 2 pessoas pois o obejtivo era ter espaço. Se o que você busca é privacidade, em uma rua mais silenciosa, prefere não falar com ninguém como se estivesse morando em um prédio sem portaria e não quer diariamente uma pessoa entrando pra arrumar, tem grandes chances disso Prisma Hotel te agradar. 1) Limpeza: tudo muito limpo e posso confirmar isso pois sou em insuportável nesse sentido. A Equipe de limpeza está de parabéns, seja sobre as condições de como recebi ou mesmo nas visitas que foram (cerca de 1 ou 2 vezes por semana); 2) Equipe de funcionários: Sempre muuuito atenciosos via central, desde a reserva, dúvidas, solicitações e demais; 3) Wifi: Excelente! 4) Ar Condicionado: Excelente! 5) Sistema de entrada e saída: Excelente, com opção de entrada via um link que abre tanto a porta de entrada como a do quarto, como também uma opção de entrada via cartão físico; 6) Segurança: Considero seguro e não passei por nenhuma situação de risco; 7) Bandeiro: produtos de limpeza pessoal e o chuveiro são excelentes; 8) Cozinha funcional: tem pratos, talheres, copos, taças, cooktop, pia e afins; 9) Máquina de lavar roupa: Não era uma lava e seca e não deixam um varal. Comprei um varal de chão e cabides pra resolver esse ponto sobre a minha estadia; 10) Localização: Considero muito bom, pois tem próximo cafeteira, supermercado, bares, bancos, lojas, plaza mayor e tudo de fácil acesso a pé. Em resumo, HIPER recomendado.
