Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great.

Absolutely beautiful property. We were a family of five and had plenty of space and lots of room to stretch out. I’ve stayed in Boston many times and this is absolutely my favorite. The communication with Peter was flawless. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful property.

You 100% can’t beat the location and views of this property! We spent 2 nights here. Very clean and quite comfortable. Enjoyed people watching. The Monty is right in front of a T-stop which has its pros and cons. It does account for a lot more foot traffic in front of the building as you are entering and exiting but not bad really. There is a speaker out in front of the building that plays piano, classical music, and some other kind of radio 24 hours. Not sure the point of that and it can be heard in your living room but not the bedrooms. Our friends in the room with the king size bed said you could hear the heating/ac fans outside, the Burger King fans, & the underground trains quite a lot throughout the night. We were in the other en suite room and heard nothing but occasional footsteps above. I’d say I heard my footsteps more when I had my shoes on so be a good neighbor and take your shoes off. Idk We easily walked to everywhere we wanted to go. We only used an Uber once and that was to go to Dinner in the North End. We ate at Isabella’s in the North End. Highly recommend it. We had a lobster roll at James Hook near the harbor. That was lovely. Around The Monty we ate dinner at the Democracy Brewery. It was ok. We shared a table with another party of 4. I think there are better options worth trying. We had cocktails at Hobgoblin. Contemplated breakfast at Cafe Bonjour but opted to try George Howell Coffee instead. Highly recommend! Overall enjoyed our experience.

The Monty was a great stay for our latest trip to Boston for 3 couples! It is a perfect location across from Boston Commons with easy access to the Subway and walkable all around the city. The app used to access building was great and made us feel safe and secure. The unit was spacious and the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay at the Monty again!
