Check in super easy. No issues when we arrived. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room is on the smaller side, ok for a night/weekend but you would struggle with a bigger bag/suitcase. The Underground is a 12min walk and bus stop right outside.

Nice clean room and bathroom although the bathroom was so small I had to contort myself to get into the shower. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent. Overall very happy and would stay there again.

The property is well maintained. The room had great amenities and access to more if needed. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. The room (standard double) is small, but we only needed to sleep and shower mostly. If you're looking for a large room, make sure you review options available. Location was close to underground, restaurants and groceries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Nice rooms and good facilities especially the lounge with access to the garden. The free luggage lockers are a great idea and work really well. The only negative is the amount of doors and fire doors so it can be difficult to get around the building with your luggage

Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again.

Speedy communication when questions arises. Amenities like more towels, cotton pads, and toilet paper can be easily accessed on the ground floor. Lockers are available for suitcases if you need more room due to rooms being small and floor needs to be clear for cleaning.

First of all communication and organisation was outstanding, cleanliness was also top drawer, however, even advertised as a Compact Room, it was too small for my wife and I, in fact it was/is the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in and we’re both in our 70s. Neither of us could turn around in the shower and although the bathroom/toilet was immaculately clean, the smell from the drains was appalling! Probably ok for a single person weighing no more than 8 stone…but not for us!
