Hotel is just opposite Batam shopping mall. So convenient to shop and having a meals. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has variety choices. Food is nice.

The one-bedroom we were given free upgrade to was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was great, right next to Grand Batam Mall. The spread at breakfast was good - though not everything was tasty. But enough variety to pick and choose a hearty breakfast. Will definitely stay again if I am coming to this part of Batam again.
