Muy lindo, pero queda corto el servicio.

Necesitaba una habitación para 4 y me dieron para dos personas, “resolvieron” con que era un sofá cama pero estaba en pésimas condiciones, así que pasé unas noche muy malas, ya para la última noche me dieron una colchoneta, fue poco mejor mi descanso pero no noté que realmente se preocuparan por el servicio. El lugar es muy bonito, pero en relación con la calidad del servicio queda corto.

Une expérience horrible ! Nous avons bien fait le Check-in 24h avant comme indiqué. Nous avons tenté de rejoindre à plusieurs reprises l’établissement pour savoir si on pouvait venir plus tôt pour au moins laisser les bagages. Pas de réponse. Le code de la chambre était faux. Pas d’employés sur place. Nous avons essayé par téléphone, SMS, whatsapp, via la messagerie de contacter l’établissement mais sans réponse pendant une journée complète. J’ai donc appelé Hotels.com pour demander à changer d’hôtels car impossible d’entrer dans la chambre et ils n’en ont rien eu à faire. 2h après notre arrivée nous avons croisé un client qui avait réservé sur une autre plateforme et qui avait le bon numéro. Son code à lui était faux aussi et il avait réussi à les joindre. Donc nous avons fait la même chose. Nous étions à Bogota à 20h30 sans chambre c’est stressant. Le numéro du client a réussi à nous sauver mais il n’est indiqué nulle part pour les clients Hotels.com
