Location was excellent to walk over and visit Little Havana. Really nice warm pool. The air conditioning did not work and we roasted. There were no top sheets on the beds. Also no silverware. Because we had no air conditioning, we had the windows open and woke up to rosters noises. For the price, I had higher expectations. Great location, nice new kitchenette, nice shower, nice building.

The location is waking distance to little Havana and the baseball stadium. It is not noisy. Hard to find street parking. The rooms is nice. Hard to find utensils. Window rolling blinds are some broken. Underneath beds and sofas are not vacuumed a long while. The shower floor edge is not clean. Otherwise okay place to stay.

The property was in an okay neighborhood. It seemed a bit sketchy. The building itself and our room was fairly clean. Some attention to detail needed as there was no soap in the shower and we saw some ashes on the sofa from previous guests as well as the smell of smoke/weed. We stayed in Apt 1 and the lock did not close at all. We had to leave our door unlocked when we went out as the digital lock did no want to lock.

Great experience. I ended up here after a terrible stay at a hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the whole property was super clean. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would change is the dryer did not work very well and there was no iron in the apartment. But when I requested an iron, they brought it right away.

I had to wait 4:30pm outside the property to be able to check in. Room wasn’t clean, (hair in the bathroom for example). Housekeeping entering without checking whether I’m inside etc…..had a poor experience overall.
