I highly recommend Stay APT Lithia Springs place is business and family. It’s a great place to stay for multiple nights with a full size kitchen and laundry area. It’s quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful to us.

Very nice apartment style room. Big & roomy. Nice kitchen with full size fridge & freezer. If traveling with family a good place to stay. Negatives...The water pressure in shower was weak & beds were hard.

Overall we had a great stay here. Property looks as advertised. There were mainly construction workers staying there who were very helpful with bags. The staff does leave at 8pm. The room was big and enough for all our needs. They do need some baking dishes though. And something for you to hold on to get out of the high tub

Lisa, the general manager, and her team are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my family's stay was smooth. When we needed to extend our stay, there were no issues. They accommodated us perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall great stat but when it came to check in, they didn’t have our room. With that being said, no elevator and put handicap person up on the 2nd floor. Probably want be stay there again after staying there 2 other times.

The front desk agent was really kind and welcoming. The property was awesome and well maintained. I love these units!! I hate this one doesn’t have an elevator but thankfully we didn’t need one and could use some exercise. I will stay at these in every state because they work so well with kids and family.

It was a good stay. Hotel is situated near a highway so occasionally it gets noisy. No elevator but the building has only one flight of stairs. No room service during my 3 nights stay. Bedsheets could have been of better quality of fabric otherwise the check in staff was professional, apartment was clean, building is very new and well kept.
