Parking was easy and the location was nice. The pool was beautiful. However it wasn’t the cleanest. The pull out bed had multiple stains, the towels had rips and stains, there was a lot of dust and my son was playing with his cars on the floor and ended up being cut on his knee by pieces of glass that were not cleaned up.

Great place to stay. Little pros and cons on both ends. For example, there is a train that passes often but the host provided earbuds to help if that’s something you use. For the most part, it was a great stay and we enjoy it all. I was upset because I needed to buy my own toilet paper, but I’ll live.

Room was clean, if a little basic. However we booked in for four people, it there wa sonly towels and bedding enough for two people. Kitchen alsoappeared to be missing aome cutlery (only one teaspoon?) Other than that the stay was pleasant.

room was on 3rd floor when listing stated 1st floor. Advised Kasa personnel and was only given directions to 3rd floor apt. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 people for 4 nights. Apt was clean and had adequate kitchen facilities. Pool was very nice.

I didn't realize we would be staying in an apartment! It was my first time interacting with Kasa, so there were some stumbling blocks checking in, but once past those, the place was terrific! It was clean and well-appointed, and in a central location for our needs. Only 2 things were problematic: the tv remote needed new batteries and we never figured out how to get English out of it; and a 3rd floor place with no elevator wouid not have been my choice had I known when making the reservation. I will know better the next time I make plans!

The washer is broken and doesn’t drain. Unfortunately no one came by to fix it. There weren’t enough body wash. Ceiling light and wall sconce in primary bathroom was out. The faucet in the kitchen was leaky. Be prepared to bring your own pool towels. Only 1 was left in the room. The parking is fine. There is a gate to the residence but the gates are always open. On the other hand, location was pretty central to various parts of Florida if you don’t mind all the other issues.

Chekcing in was hectic finding the building number because they did not specify that the building numbers are different from the address numbers, but other than that, i had a good stay. Clean property and easy commute.
