The hotel was great and in a good location however one of my main reasons for booking is because they had a pool. When we got there, we found out the pool was closed for renovations, very disappointing. They should have notified us beforehand and i could have changed to another hotel. Apart from that, everything was great

Very clean, friendly staff, laundry available 24/7, just in 10 minutes walk to Pavilion shopping mall. Great security at the entrance and very spacious with great pool on 46th floor. The accommodation is very spacious and comfy. As a family we felt really at home and relaxed here. The apartments were also close to some eateries nearby where we spent most days doing takeaway from (food was delicious and reasonably priced). It was also fairly easy to get public transport due to the central location. Overall, an outstanding stay!
