Our stay here was amazing! The property was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The owner was super enthusiastic and communicative about accommodating our needs. He gave us recommendations about local eats and even lit a firepit up for us to use one night. Would definitely be back to stay if I'm ever in Jeju again!

Property manager was out of country and had to coordinate with on-site employee who was not only foreigner but also lack of knowledge as the employee seemed to be very new. The employee was nice to accommodate us as we requested but only after our communication via phone app with the property manager. A bed bug was found on first day of our arrival, requested for heated pool on 2nd day with additional cost in cash due to the property manager being out of town, didn’t even heat the pool in timely manner when we requested two hours prior to our return to the hotel. They knew that the heating system had to be turned on WAY ahead of time due to smell issue and THAT caused us to leave their property while communicating through phone app. Unfortunate outlier for our family trip and had to waste time which is inevitable results that can’t be compensated and led to book a better hotel for premium hospitality. Giving two stars for overall.

협재 해수욕장 믹 동부권 제주 여행을 계획했다면 점수 깍을게 없는 숙소. 딱보면 작은것 같지만 들어가 보면 사이드 적당한 개별수영장에서 중딩들 물놀이공으로 시합도 가능함 ㅋ 호스트와 문자로 실시간 소통 가능. 추천 식당 리스트 부탁드렸더니 보내주신 곳 중에 저녁 활어회 한상 진짜 후회없이 맛있게 먹고 나옴(식당도 안친절 한거 같은데 결국 보면 매우 친절하게 음식 설명 다해주는 좋은 식당이었음) 원래 밥은 다 사먹을 계획이었지만 잘 구비된 식기류와 청결 상태 완벽한거 확인하고 한끼는 인근 하나로마트(매우 크고, 활어회 바로 떠줌)에서 이것 저것 장봐와서 식사했는데 너무 만족스러웠음 체크아웃하면서 거실에서 찍은 가족사진.. 진짜 돈주고 찍은 사진처럼 나와서 매우 만족. 통창 뒤로 보이는 야자수 나무 진짜 열일함) 결론적으로 매우 만족.. 살짝 out of nowhere 에 위치한 것 같은 인상이 있었으나 협재 해수욕장, 만장굴, 비자림숲 다 근거리로 다니기 매우 편리함. 비자림숲 근처 당*과깻* 식당 대박 추천하고 + 인근 에코**승마장도 함께 추천함

객실은 아주 깨끗하고 시설도 매우 훌륭합니다. 쾌적하고요~ 특히 침대시트가 엄청 부드러워요😍 강아지와 잘 머물다 갑니다. 강아지 화장실 및 배변패드는 챙겨갔습니다. 저희는 뚜벅이인데 택시도 잘 잡히고 함덕하고 가깝습니다.

기회가 된다면 다음번에도 방문하고 싶은 숙소에요

원룸에서 아이와 둘이 3박했습니다 둘이서 지내기에 충분한 크기였어요 깨끗하고 모던한 느낌의 원룸이었어요 무엇보다 정수기가 있어서 너무 편했어요 뜨거운물이 바로 나와서 필요할때마다 시간 절약이 가능했고 간단한 컵라면도 편하게 먹을수 있었어요 세탁기도 있어서 더러워진 아이옷을 세탁할 수 있어서 좋았습니다 창밖으로 보이는 말 두필의 풍경도 좋았습니다 수건도 매일 여유있게 주셔서 감사했습니다 함덕 해수욕장과 7분거리에 있어서 이동하기에도 편리하고 주변에 큰 하나로 마트며 편의점도 있어서 불편함이 없었어요
