Great location near Old Town. The resort was spacious with a nice pool. The room we had included a washer which was amazing for my family to do some laundry and was able to hang the clothes to dry on the rack in the large balcony. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Room was good. House cleaning was okay. I found the front desk staff a little rude when I asked to change our room. They gave us keys to a room to look at but when we entered the room, guests were still in them. The poor guest just came out of the shower but she still showed us her room. No apologies from the front desk. Not very pleasant.

Spotldss room, courteous staff but living room furniture extremely uncomfortable. No washing machine as was promised in room description. A microwave would have come in handy. No towel bars in bathroom and no chest of drawers in bedroom. Took 3 days for ice cube trays to freeze but then again what can you expect as the price level for this resort is quite modest. Decent value for the cost.

The apartment we were allocated was dated and in need of a complete refurbishment. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The staff were good and helpful. The breakfast was excellent lots of choice. The Spa was also excellent. The common areas of the hotel were modern and kept spotless. There are lots of pools throughout this hotel complex.
