The place was not clean enough, smell of dogs was left behind, windows and floors were dirty. Couldn’t reach the host for 2 hours so we ended up leaving the place, our jacuzzi didn’t work and the water was cold!

Great place to stay. Comfortable, convenient to things and it offers some outdoor space. You can walk down to the river, make a campfire or just hang on the back patio. I will go back and stay again.

The sheets and bed were clean. We had to clean the counters when we got there and the hot tub had some dirt in it but when I mentioned it to the staff they came and cleaned the hot tub. Besides that we had a great time and enjoyed the place

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Perfect escape to come home to after a day hiking or visiting Biltmore. Very family friendly and pet friendly but at the same time scenic and quiet. The hot tub was amazing!

After finding this spot online I knew it was gonna be perfect unfortunately the day before there was an AC issue with our Airstream and no other units available John went out of his way to be sure we weren’t disappointed and our vacation wasn’t ruined he took time out of his family’s vacation to find us similar accommodations to keep everything on track we spoke til late in the night to be sure everything was seamless he did everything to make sure it was took care of changing the original reservations and all we had to do was show up. The other place was great I could just tell that the customer service at this location is way above many others just by what John did for us. Feel confident making your next vacation memories here. Thanks John
