The room was perfect! The hotel was exactly what I wanted for my trip to Japan. The owner was very communicative, sent a lot of info on how to check in, navigate the area, and overall really nice and helpful. The facility is very well kept and has a lot of amenities. The room was really small for a couple especially with 2 checked-in luggage and 2 carry on luggage however we were able to manage it. The price is worth the stay and budget friendly. It’s a residential area in Shinjuku, 5mins walk to train station. I like the place coz there is a washing machine inside the room, unlike other accommodation that you need to wait.
