O processo de checkin e checkout e todo online. Isso facilita e agiliza. Tive apenas um problema na saída do estacionamento, que precisou da intervenção humana. Por sorte, o segurança estava presente nos ajudou.

O atendimento no WhatsApp foi excelente. Gostei do serviço de estacionamento do Moinho. A área comum atende bem com um ótimo restaurante mineiro a quilo. A hamburgueria de noite é boa tanto nos lanches como na refeição. Ótimos supermercados logo em frente. O flat é muito novo, limpo, com excelentes roupas de cama e banho. Senti falta de um exaustor no fogão. Acho que por ser início de operação havia problemas como um choque leve no chuveiro. No geral, achei um excelente custo benefício e os pontos negativos não impactaram a impressão positiva
