Really nice and clean place, everything spotless. Modern suite, with a small kitchen/living room. Very cozy. Great explanation on how to check in since there is not staff present. Also very fast response on WhatsApp if anything is needed.

Too expensive for what it is

Nice apartment on the inside. HOWEVER, air conditioning barely works when weather in Athens is very warm and the hot water is spotty. This is an apartment in an old building with difficult parking around and self check-in/out. The pricing is absolutely unreasonable for the place and the lack of AC/hot water. Not only this, but the place denies such issues. Unacceptable.
