Amazing hotel, excellent service, welcoming and professional staff, location few minutes walking to the center, rooms are wide and perfect, breakfast is excellent with all varieties ,i really recommend it very strongly for families and friends .

Nice hotel near the station, buzzing restaurant and bar and lots of wine. Breakfast was comprehensive and plentiful, staff lovely, parking in station across the road was inexpensive, town has multiple dining and drinking options and is only a short walk away.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Bed mattress was not good, it’s was more like a sleeper sofa mattress No elevator for those that have heavy luggage, but if you are lucky you can ask front desk to bring it up stairs Breakfast is very good with fresh food and bread

We had the family room and it was spacious with one main room with double bed and desk and separate bedroom with double bed. Was relatively clean with some dust under the beds. Modern shower/toilet rooms although quite small. Directly across the street from the train station, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, we were there on a Tuesday and the restaurant and wine bar is closed that day so we did not have opportunity to eat or drink.

Across the street from RR station. 15 minute walk to main Christmas markets, excellent staff. RR Station unmanned Sunday mornings, which was a hassle when my train got cancelled and i had to "wing it" to get to Brussels.

We found the room clean and comfortable although the heating/cooling unit in the room slightly noisy. An additional electric portable radiator was available in the room which maybe was there due to this issue. Staff very friendly and helpful. Using the railway station parking was only 7€ a day and only across the road so a better price than the on site price. The bar a great selection of wines as per the theme but also local beers and the normal selection of spirits.

I enjoyed the proximity to the train station. The hotel is located right next to Valkenburg train station and just 10 minutes by train from Maastricht train station. The double room was spacious. The walls are painted dark brown. They seem intimidating. The refrigerator didn't work. In the room I found three worried beetles. The price during the Vrijthof concerts in Maastricht is overpriced. Nevertheless, the hotel is a good option.

Voor de tweede keer het Wijnhotel bezocht, ditmaal iets groter balkon genomen. Prima kamer, lekkere wijntjes. Het weer viel wat tegen dus het buiten terras was dicht, maar binnen is het ook gezellig. Locatie is 10+, recht voor het station waar je in een zucht in Maastricht of Aken bent. Echt een aanrader, ook als je in Maastricht wilt verblijven waar de hotels veel duurder zijn.

Fijn verblijf

Fijn hotel! Wij verbleven in de superior villa met sauna. Deze is echter niet in het hotel zelf maar in een gebouw er naast van het hotel. Dus voor ontbijt moet je buitenom lopen om bij het ontbijt te komen. Verder wel alles netjes en hygiënisch. Tegenover het station. Wij hebben geparkeerd bij het p+r van het station want dat zou goedkoper zijn dan bij het hotel. Alles was op loopafstand, wat heel fijn was.
