The property is perfect for a longer stay in Edinburgh. It is a well-appointed one bedroom apartment in a beautiful house in central Edinburgh. It is close to transportation to the Royal Mike in an area of great restaurants, pubs and shopping. We had only one complaint the bed needs a new mattress and sofa. Otherwise, it is perfect.

We settled in for the week and were able to travel lightly because we had laundry. The kitchen was handy for a quick or a hearty breakfast depending on our daily agenda. Uber and bus were easily accessible, so was delivery for groceries and take out. Beds were comfortable and washroom was adequate. Living space was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Office staff was quick to respond and be of help.

Realize that may cost him some money, but friendliness and responsiveness should be top priority for all guests. Otherwise it would be a nice weekend getaway stay for a couple.

Location is fantastic to go out and explore Edinburgh. The property was clean but crockery and cutlery were not and furniture was a bit tired. Still the apartment was well fitted out and it is an ideal place for a stay.
