Thanksgiving

We love going to Constanza and staying at Altocerro has become a must. Everything that we need is right there. We stayed for 5 days and did not have to leave the property.

Altocerro provided an excellent experience: it’s within an easy distance from the town of Constanza and the view of the valley from the hotel is simply spectacular. Recommend the restaurant highly. The cabins are safe, comfortable and functional: the only possible improvement suggested is to have better beds: the bed was hard and after long hikes, this is important to the visitor. Otherwise 5 stars.highly recommended! 👍

Great place to relax and have quality time with the family. However for the location and the accommodation provided it is overpriced. Additionally, our cabin specifically had issues with the bathroom door (not closing) and the door to the master bedroom was jammed - to open/close the door it needed to be pushed/pulled very hard and it made a loud scratching noise every time it was opened or closed waking up my daughter in the second bedroom.

Starting with lack of communication, I made the reservation and made a note that we will be celebrating our anniversary I also called the property previous our arrival to verify that they had the information and when we got there they said oh we did have any note about your celebration, the room was pretty basic, no refrigerator nor coffee maker not even a closet, and the worse bed ever, they charge you like a 4 star hotel and they are not even 1, terrible the breakfast you have two options mashed potatoes and Mangu NOTHING else (eggs, cheese and salami, you can only have two) the last day we were desperate to leave we were ready before 7 am but had to wait till 8am because nobody was there to us returned the key also when we were waiting we ask the lady who was setting the breakfast which is also at 8am if tea or hot chocolate was ready and she said yes but 15 minutes later she brought out the kitchen everything but what we asked for, at the end we left and I told her forget it we are leaving and she didn’t even care. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AND DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NOBODY!!

Todo muy bonito y limpio el personal muy atento y profesional ☺️solo un inconveniente con el cambio de peso a dólares tienen que estar muy atentos a la hora de pagar 💰 pero todo bien se lo recomiendo 1000 volveré a visitarlo ❤️
