Clean. Easy walk from central station. No front desk, all codes are emailed. Not as spacious as the online photos. The sauna is nice but only available at specific times, otherwise you need to pay and make a reservation.

The room was good, the stores and grocery store next door was great, but I still dislike humanless properties. I may be able to navigate, but not everyone can and I’ve never had a stay at one where some other person wasn’t lost and confused and needed help, making other visitors do your damned job of solving their problems.

Perfect for a 10-day stay when you don't want the typical hotel experience, but something to feel more like a local. Having a kitchen was amazing! The apartment was very clean, except the floors - I actually had to clean those myself they were so bad. But overall a lovely experience and no other complaints!

This was our first stay in a BobW apartment and it was great. The check-in process and accessing the security code via email was intimidating but worked well. Our apartment exceeded expectations with a small kitchenette including a microwave, comfortable beds, great shower and a self serve laundry on level 3. Our apartment was conveniently located close to a range of restaurants and a Lidl next door was brilliant. We were an easy walk to the harbour markets and major landmarks. Our Uber for the airport found it easily accessible. We will definitely be looking for more BobWs in other locations.

Hotel does not have a restaurant. They have an agreement with 3 local venues to serve breakfast. One venue is 2min away. The remaining 2 are 10 min and 15 min away. It is an online checkin hotel with no staff at the hotel.

The location is great, only 6 minutes walk on Frederikinkatu from Kamppi metro station. Right next door is Lidl grocery store. Room is new, comfortable bed, great shower. Very nice quick communication through WhatsApp with the host

A nice hotel close to the centre of Helsinki. Everything clean. Room rather small. However large enough for one. Struggled with access to the hotel as no staff and reliant on a door access code. Thought breakfast was included as included one of my Expedia hotel filters … but sadly was not. For breakfast you have to go to a nearby restaurant. Similarly there was meant to be a gym. Again off site with an arrangement with a gym off site so did not bother.
