I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent—close to many restaurants and convenient spots, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The host was also very responsive and had great communication throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The apartment is big and clean in a new building. Check-in and the storage of the luggage upon early arrival and late departure worked very well and is secure. The apartment is on a busy street and even with soundproof windows it’s still pretty noisy. We stayed on the 10th floor. The balcony is a nice add on but don’t expect a nice view. The breakfast had good options for Buenos Aires cafes which was nice but the staff in the cafe was really slow

Hospedagem muito aconchegante e bem localizada (na avenida Corrientes , com muitos restaurantes, teatros e lojas, bem próximo ao Obelisco). O prédio é novo e o quarto bem decorado e confortável, tem banheira e uma Mini cozinha. A anfitriã sempre muito solicita e prestativa. Recebemos o voucher para tomar café da manhã numa cafeteria bem próxima e de ótima qualidade

Apartamento maravilhoso! Muito amplo, limpo, moderno, com 2 camas de casal, sendo uma delas em um quarto privado e a outra em ambiente separado da sala, além de cozinha e mesa de jantar com 4 cadeiras. Banheiro ótimo também! Prédio moderno com portaria 24h. Tudo perfeito!

La ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno es en una cafetería cerca con buena variedad y sabor, me sorprendió gratamente. El edificio es como nuevo entonces durante el día se escucha un poco de ruido de construcción. Tengo el sueño liviano y me desperté algunas veces por la noche por el ruido de la gente en los pasillos llegando/saliendo. El apto es súper nuevo y la ubicación es espectacular. La ducha también perfecta.

Reservamos o quarto de 54m2 mas não acredito que foi o que recebemos, mas o quarto era muito bom, banheiro grande, quarto separado da área de cozinha/sala. Ambos os ambientes com blackout, deixamos a bebê no berço na sala e dormimos no quarto, para não atrapalhar o sono de ninguém e foi ótimo. Eles disponibilizaram berço que é um modelo bem bom, só recomendo que levem lençol de elástico pois colocam lençol normal e a criança se mexe e solta tudo. A cama do quarto tinha colchão mole demais. Mas o checkin, comunicação com a nossa anfitriã foi bem tranquila e ela sempre muito atenciosa e gentil. O apartamento é bem novo, então estava super bem cuidado. A unidade que ficamos, ouvíamos muito o motor dos elevadores, o que incomodou um pouco, mas também nada absurdo. Eles dão vouchers de café, para tomarmos café em uma cafeteria próxima e amamos as opções de café, eram menus fechados mas super bem servidos e gostosos. A localização foi o ponto máximo, tinha tudo perto e fácil de nos locomovermos com carrinho de bebê, fomos andando para alguns locais e foi bem agradável. Nos sentimos seguros e voltaríamos cm certeza.

Inmejorable ubicacion para moverse a todos lados caminando, o en cualquier transporte. Tiene al lado una cochera muy grande y no cara. El desayuno es espectacular y se sirve en un bar que esta a 1 cuadra. El personal super amable y con excelente control del ingreso y egreso de personas. Lo mejor Julia y Kathe que siempre estuvieron atentas y dieron respuestas inmediatas. Muy recomendable. Volvere sin dudas.

Ótima localização, com vários restaurantes ao redor. Quarto espaçoso e bem equipado para famílias. O banheiro com banheira no chuveiro é um pouco limitante pra pessoas mais velhas e crianças, mas tem corrimão para se segurar. Ótimo que tinha telas nas sacadas.

Un lugar súper recomendado bastante cómodo limpio central en cuanto a los sitios de interés turístico se trata es cerca a restaurantes farmacias supermercados tiendas etc de fácil acceso seguro en general la chica Julia fue mi segunda vez en la propiedad y ella en las dos ocasiones fue una persona muy dispuesta a ayudar
