Icon Brickell offers 520 air-conditioned accommodations with private pools and outdoor private hot tubs. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes dining tables and kitchen islands. Beds feature premium bedding. Accommodation at this 5-star apartment has kitchens with fridges, stovetops, microwaves and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a hydromassage showerhead, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

This Miami apartment provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 500+ Mbps (good for 6+ people or 10+ devices). 150-inch Smart televisions come with satellite channels and Netflix. Checkout time is 11:00 AM. To help us prepare the apartment for our next guests, departures after 11:00 AM.
Late checkouts will be charged as an additional night. Any missing key fobs will incur a $350 replacement fee per fob. Thank you for your understanding!

Room was great just a tad dated. The elevators hadn't been inspected in about 3 years which is kind of sketchy when going up 49 floors. The view was amazing. Felt like the modern Miami 80s vibes and we loved it. Best of all was the location very walkable to stores and restaurants in Brickell. A very safe area. I would recommend this spot for a great Miami experience!

The pools weren't open there was no spa, the jacussi wasn't working, The Gym was a long way just to a garage, On Day 1, I had to wait 2 hours (or 3) just to check in due to unprepared reservations since I got to Miami at 8 pm and I was just trying to relax. The check in was just terrible. Then the staff allowed me in at 10 pm. But honestly, the Icon Brickell wasn't too good.

No balcony open, they cover the windows with plastic wrap so u can’t see anything outside, I just booked for the views and my stay there was ruined, they said it’s because of constructions but they should disclose that before booking and not advertise open balcony/views + plus pool is never open

The first apartment we got was not well maintained and had maintanence works outside so no access to balconies. We contacted the office and got out into a different apartment which was good. We stayed in this place about 10 times before and although sometimes the maintenance of the rooms are lacking the staff do a good job to accommodated your needs.

Very bad sensation, the apartment and location are very good, but the access to the balcony was closed, the windows with a great shadow rof the building reparations, the pool area closed, marihuanas smells. I changed my stay even I lost 4 nights paid. A really bad experience!!
