I extended my stay at this property because it was so convenient and comfortable. It had everything I needed. Spacious, clean room, in the center of the town, equipped small kitchen and free laundry facility. The check-in was very easy, good remote customer service. Will definitely consider this place for my next visit.

Stayed for 1 night Pros: clean, simple, comes with kitchenette Fairly quiet with the windows closed Affordable :) Easy check-in (mobile) Cons: Elevator - the first elevator coming in from the garage didn’t work or was turned off when we arrived late at night, took quite a bit of searching to discover there is another one just down the hall and around the corner. Some signs would been been very helpful! Lint - I love that there’s a laundry room in the hotel, but the dryers were full of lint to the point it’s a serious fire hazard. No signs asking people to remove lint, no bins for the lint. All in all I love the concept of the staffless hotels , but it could use some fine tuning.

Moderne Apartments in einem sauberen modernen Haus Parkgelegenheiten direkt im Haus beziehungsweise in der Nähe. Unmittelbar in der Nähe auch Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Durch die Zentrale Lage bei offenem Fenster laut. Leider ist die Klimaanlage ausgestellt. So dass es selbst im April im Zimmer viel zu warm ist, um zu schlafen. Es sollte darüber nachgedacht werden zu mindestens zeitweise die Klimaanlage in den Abendstunden anzustellen. Ansonsten wunderbares Apartment! Leider fehlten Geschirr Handtücher.

Zimmer war sauber, Betten mit guten Matratzen, Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Tellern usw. mehr als ausreichend für 2 Personen. Lage der Wohnung Innenstadtnah und gegen Lärm von außen okay. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind und die Fußleisten der Küchenzeile einen kleinen Wasserschaden aufwiesen. Ansonsten alles ordentlich und sauber. Wohnung ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt top geeignet.

Sauberes Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr zentral. Leider waren am Abend mehrere Jugendliche im Flur, die Videos drehten und mehrfach gegen die Türen auf dem gesamten Flur klopften. Es schien, als könne einfach jeder das Haus auch ohne Code betreten, obwohl die Türöffnung der Haustür eigentlich einen Code verlangt.

Sehr schönes Studio mit moderner Einrichtung, kleine Küchenzeile mit allen notwendigen Utensilien. Bett war sehr bequem. Trotz Lage an der Einkaufsstraße kein Lärm. Im Keller kann man kostenlos Waschen und Trocknen. Parkplätze können gegen Gebühr hinzu gebucht werden. Gerne wieder!
