Host opened the room door without notice while I was in bed with my girlfriend. Check in required an online form to be pre-filled and no link was sent. It took a long time late in the night to get a passcode to enter the room.

Studio tem quase tudo que você precisa(não tem filtro de água)localização perfeitoa, não tem garagem, porém estacionei todos os dias de frente (super tranquilo o local), limpeza boa, espaço agradável, tem muito custo benefício, Praia Brava considero melhor local de Santa Catarina!

Pontos positivos: localização excelente, prédio bonito e novo, espaço do quarto muito confortável. Pontos negativos: o prédio ainda está em construção e havia barulho e funcionários de obra nas garagens e varandas, chuveiro muito fraco e vazamento embaixo da pia. Ganhamos 15% de estorno pelos transtornos, mas ainda assim fica o ponto negativo pois a propriedade não deveria alugar um apto com obras acontecendo no local, isso foi um descaso com o cliente.

As instalações são muito boas. Tudo novinho e de boa qualidade. Localização muito boa. Fácil acesso à praia dos amores e praia central.
