Excellent Experience – Would Definitely Return This hotel exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location is ideal for travelers who want to explore the city easily. A wonderful stay overall. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Super clean room with all the amenities we needed. Super easy check in and helpful staff. Know that this is not fully staffed at all times, which works great for us. Washer/dryer was a nice add on. Family of four with two teenagers and had plenty of room. Great location near metro station and Gion neighborhood

Our stay at Minn Kawaramachi exceeded all expectations and was perfect for our family. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth, and the instructions to get to our room were clear and easy to follow. We were impressed by how spacious the room was, especially the convenient layout featuring two toilets, a separate bath, and a dedicated vanity area that made getting ready a breeze.

Spacious and comfortable room. Walking distance to train stations, shopping and restaurants. Easy check in process. Rooms facing the river are noisy due to heavily travelled road between river and hotel.

I didn’t like this hotel, don’t book there. We stayed there for 3 nights and They never cleaned the room, nobody was at the front desk; there’s always a sign saying they’re outside the property.

Great location, Nice & spacious property! Contact-less check in process had glitches, so a person ended up helping. Remote concierge service was hit & miss (without local app called Line). Initial cleaning can be improved (found litters & hairs upon check in, which ruins all the hard work)
