The hotel located very NEAR to nishi nippori station Its like 5 minutes walk to the station. Plenty of restaurants around, room clean, kitchen, washing machine, room very big can open wide 2 big luggage! Elevators service! Very happy with my stay!

Great long stay place. I stayed in Japan for about three weeks and this location was excellent. This spot is located right in between the Nishinippori and Nippori stations, which means that many places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara and Ikebukuro are within 30-40 minutes, and everything else is not much further. As an added bonus, if you arrive from NRT the Keisei Skyliner goes directly from the Narita airport to Nippori station in under 40 minutes. The room itself is small but very clean. Having both a kitchen and shower with a washer/dryer also means long stays are very convenient. A few tips for folks planning on staying here: -As mentioned above, the room is quite small. If you are six foot (~183 cm) or taller, you may have a bit of difficulty as the ceiling is quite low in some places. There is also not a lot of room to store stuff other than a fairly small 2x4 closet. -If you go from NRT to here via the Keisei Skyliner and have a lot of luggage, I would strongly recommend you take the train from Nippori to Nishinippori. The walk from Nippori to the hotel is twice as long and the sidewalks are very small. Nishinippori is once stop away and is a much easier and shorter walk. -Washer/dryer combo machines are notoriously unreliable, particularly the drying component. The machine they had would still have the clothes fairly wet even after a 2-3 hour drying cycle, and struggled if yout put more than 2 days worth of clothes into it. Keep that in mind.

This hotel is more like a repurposed apartment building. The overall feel is dated in the rooms. Photos online show bright rooms which make them look very modern and inviting. We were assigned room four zeeo one when we arrived and immediately upon entering there was a very noticable, musty smell to the room. The floors were carpet, which was very worn and dated, likely the cause of the smell. I tried to get past it but the smell was really overpowering. I started looking online to see if other rooms were available at this location to move to (because I had seen photos of rooms with hardwood floors), and to my surprise, the nightly rate was now quite a bit less than my booking which was made a month in advance. We asked the front desk if there was a room we could move to without carpet and they moved us to room six zero one. The difference was night and day, it had hardwood floors and no smell at all, although still, a dated feel overall. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. There was a kitchen area with sink, full fridge, microwave and a hot plate which we never used. All clean. Value for money wasn't great for the dated room considering we stayed in very spacious, modern hotels in Tokyo and surrounding areas for much less money. If you do choose this hotel, avoid room four zero one if possible.

Amazing property, easy check in and superb cleanliness. Staff super helpful and quick to return clean towels and take rubbish away. The kitchen and washer/dryer is incredibly handy. It’s very close to Nishi-Nippori station which is on the Yamanote Line and makes it easy to get to many places in Tokyo without multiple line changes. There are also great chain restaurants (Sushiro, Saizeriya) and Izakaya nearby. There is a train track that runs very close to the hotel and passes every 5-10 mins but they have soundproofed the doors which dampens the sound a lot. You definitely do not notice it if you have the TV on and none of my family found it impacted their sleep. We will definitely be using this hotel the next time we come to Tokyo! ありがとうございます。

房間很大很舒服，床舖軟硬適中，唯一小缺點房間真的太冷，晚上睡覺都會因為喉嚨乾燥清醒，建議可以增加加濕器，這樣冷暖機開啟時房間才不會過於乾燥

離西日暮里站很近，走到日暮里站也不遠，附近有超商與超市很方便，廚房內有廚具、微波爐、洗衣機、冰箱也蠻大的，小陽台還可以曬衣服，整體來說還不錯👍，唯一缺點就是開暖氣的時候聲音太吵。
