The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed that if you lost the link, you weren't able to get back in. Communication with the host was also poor. I loved the unit! But i hated the checkin and communications process and It needs improvement. Otherwise, my stay was good.
