A fantastic hotel, located a 5min walk from the Gautrain station. The hotel had a security guard at the main gate, a bar and offered a good breakfast.

Had the absolute best time. Friendly staff and smooth check-in. It was defs worth every cent. I will be returning thank you very much. and a big shout out to the receptionist Gugu he was such a treat and very welcoming.

A comfortable place to to stay in Rosebank

Everyone is very friendly. It has a clean and fresh feeling when you arrive. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Terrence was especially helpful to us and always with a smile. There is a mall very close and lots of restaurants. However we were told not to walk around there after dark. So we drove the 3 blocks and parked in the garage for less than $1. Worth it. We would stay here again.

Nice Comfortable Clean Hotel

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed and bathroom, high level of luxury for the price. The hotel is simple but clean, and the staff seem friendly. My only note is that this is about a 7-minute walk to the mall. Other reviews claim it is safe to do this walk at night but the receptionist told me otherwise. Walking down the street of the property felt too sketchy to do so when dark. Just be aware of this when deciding on your hotel.

Stinks of cigarettes.

Room was clean, hotel was generally ok. Two massove issues for us. The photos and description showed a washing machine which wasnt there, if we knew there was no laundry facilities we would have booked elsewhere. Worst of all, the room and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette and cannabis, so much we couldnt sleep for both nights. There were discarded cigarette butts on other balconies. The management wouldnt change room for us.

This building needs a bit of maintenance. The gym was pretty tired looking, and neither the bike or elliptical worked. My room was OK, but the one chair was worn out and about to break; the a/c was very noisy; and there was a huge hole in the door of the bathroom. It was caused by poor construction and design. I would not stay there again, although I was offered another better room (on check out). It was unclear if they were offering me a free night. But I was too irritated by missing my workout. So I just checked out.

Great Staff in New Building in Rosebank

Had a great stay at the Capital on Bath - was there for about a week for a business trip. It is within walking distance of Rosebank Mall where you can get anything you need - I took advantage of the Woolworth's and the small kitchen in my room to prepare a few of my own meals, but the mall also has great eating options. The hotel is brand new and consists of apartments and hotel bookings - it seems that they forgot a few of the details. For example, there's no handle to open the shower from the inside. Their laundry - services are also very, very expensive - only the 1-bedroom apartments have their own washer/dryer. Had I planned ahead I would have used one of the services in Joburg that picks up your laundry and returns it to you. But overall, the service is excellent and makes up for those small details.
