We had another fantastic stay at Peaks Place in Laax. Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The apartments are spacious, immaculate and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being a large property, the rooms are incredibly quiet – it genuinely feels like you’re the only guests there, making it a wonderfully relaxing place to unwind. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by a beautiful fragrance throughout the hotel, which immediately creates a welcoming, luxurious feel. The entire property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are always friendly, professional and happy to help with anything you need. The views of the surrounding mountains are absolutely stunning and make every morning special. The facilities are excellent, and the peaceful atmosphere keeps us coming back. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peaks Place and look forward to staying again in the future.

Overall would give it a good rating . However , the mattress was too firm for my taste. Amenities were great though and enjoyed the pool and easy parking . The unit was very spacious and the staff was helpful.

All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked.

Nice apartment with lots of space. Great for kids and pets. Nice bar downstairs. The shuttle to the ski lifts was quick and regular. The only downside was the showers. They need a proper shower head.

Modern apartment with lots of room.

The room exceeded expectation. It was a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room area. Much more space than we needed. There was a closet in each room as well as a walk-in closet near the kitchen, also there were large coat closets in the entry way. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle bus was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful.

Confusion with payment

Great accommodation. Was just confused with payment method. Receipt said paid but I had to play at the property . Staff was excellent though. Extremely helpful.

Great hotel in beautiful location

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned that Switzerland in general is extremely expensive, for everything, compared to the uk. The hotel is easy to find and has a fuel station/shop over the road for essentials, but again, be warned about the prices!!! You might need a mortgage to do your shop in this country!

Bel appart hôtel bien équipé

Établissement très sympa. Les appartements sont bien équipés et spacieux. Sur place, piscine, sauna, hammam. Spa et massages possibles en payant. Restaurant pour dîner ou pour le petit déjeuner (à payer en supplément). Parking payant (dommage au vu du prix des apparts) 15 euros par jour. Dommage que sauna et hammam ne fonctionnent qu'une partie de la journée. Enfin le peaks place est situé en bord de route. L'isolation phonique est excellente mais si vous voulez profitez du balcon.....alors là c'est insupportable....du passage de voitures non stop.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage zum Skifahren, Skishuttle klappt bestens, Smokerslounge, Tischfussball für die Kids, gut ausgestattete Küche, sauberes Zimmer und das Wasser im Schwimmbad ist angenehm warm. Schönes Ambiente und tolles Konzept. Bitte die Kopfkissen tauschen, die sind wirklich schlimm. Schön wäre es, wenn die Betten der Kinder bereits ready gewesen wären, und wir das ganze Bettzeug nicht selbst hätten holen und beziehen müssen.

Het appartement was zeer netjes! 2 ruime slaapkamers en 2 zeer nette badkamers incl voldoende handdoeken, badjas en slippers. Keuken was zeer compleet. Het enige min puntje was de stoelen die waren doorgezeten en zeker wel aan vervanging toe! Het openbaar vervoer naar de omliggende dorpen was gratis ieder half uur kon je zo op de bus stappen. Wij hebben een mooie week gehad met onze puberzoon van 17! Deze heeft veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en sportgelegenheid ook dat zag er allemaal netjes en verzorgd uit! Mvg Fam. Smits

Alles wunderbar. Verbesserungsvorschläge - Elternschlafzimmer- Lampe vor dem Schrank fehlt, man sieht nicht, was im Schrank liegt. - spa Bereich ist mega,5 Sterne, aber A) Kinder in der Grotte unbegleitet sind sehr störend, da sie toben und schreien - sollte eingeschränkt werden auf nur mit Begleitung, .. B) Wechsel Sauna Handtuch zu teuer - Tiefgarage als Hotelgast zu teuer, zumal es keine Alternative gibt. - checkout Zeit zu früh in Verbindung mit spätem 16 Uhr check in.
