Em relação ao apto, apesar de novo já tem problemas no banheiro, mal cheiro, forte odor oriundo do ralo do banheiro ( tivemos que por um plástico na tampa do ralo para diminuir o cheiro). Localização boa, limpeza estava ótima, e tivemos resposta imediata em relação à dúvidas e inclusive tivemos uma cortesia de 2 horas no check-out. Gostamos demais da sacada e da luminosidade do apto. Com certeza é uma boa opção.
