Fabulous rental! The location was great could walk to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Place was very clean, beds comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Portland.

Beautiful new boutique hotel in Portland! Easy access to the Old Port and everything Portland has to offer. Very quiet, clean and well appointed rooms. The kitchen makes all the difference, even for a short stay! We loved our visit so much that we've booked a second trip!

I want to give this a 5 plus! Gorgeous apartment with new and reclaimed touches. It has everything you need and more to feel right at home. The location could not be better. Steps to the best dining and shopping. Communication was thoughtful, easy, and fast. Definitely will return!

Evalina was more than we expected. Super clean and has every convenience item imaginable. The beds were super comfortable. The communication was spectacular which made everything from check in to checkout s smooth. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay next time.
