Es un apartamento muy cómodo con una vista súper a la ciudad. A unas 3 cuadras hay una zona comercial con tienda de autoservicio, frutería, panadería y cafetería. Es una calle empinada por lo que el acceso en silla de ruedas o carriola es un reto ya que está en una bajada
